TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Customer, by sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with Pasta Berruto SpA the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the indications provided to him. These purchase conditions must be examined online by customers visiting the pastaberruto.it site before confirming their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these purchase conditions and their full acceptance. Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple products and transport costs. By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the number, date and total amount of his order.

METHOD OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and vary according to the gross weight of the products.
Our shipments are made by express courier, EXCLUSIVELY in ITALY.
The invoice will be sent electronically.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs vary according to the gross weight of the order (also including the weight of the packaging) according to the following table:
If the weight of the order is between 0 kg and 2 kg the price will be € 6.80
If the weight of the order is between 2 kg and 5 kg the price will be € 7.40
If the weight of the order is between 5 kg and 10 kg the price will be € 8.70
If the weight of the order is between 10 kg and 20 kg the price will be € 10.5
If the weight of the order is between 20 kg and 30 kg the price will be € 12.80
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. To exercise this right, the customer must send Pasta Berruto Spa a communication to that effect within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must contain the following information: order number, name, surname, telephone, email specifying the reason for return.
2. The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions: - The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product; - By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer; - The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; - In case of damage to the goods during transport, Pasta Berruto Spa will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return at the same time as canceling the request for withdrawal; - Pasta Berruto Spa is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
3. Pasta Berruto Spa will refund the customer the full amount already paid, retaining the value of the "shipping costs", within 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of a reversal of the amount charged.
4. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Pasta Berruto Spa ascertains:
- the lack of the external packaging and / or the wrapping containing the purchased product - damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Pasta Berruto Spa will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
