Strascinati with Stracchino, Speck and Peas

Ingredients
(for 2 people)
200 g Strascinati
100 g stracchino
80 g speck strips
100 g peas
1 clove garlic
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan (optional)
Preparation
In a pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and brown the speck until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the garlic and brown it, then add the peas with a pinch of salt and cook for a few minutes.
Cook the Strascinati in plenty of salted water and drain them al dente.
Combine the pasta with the peas, add the stracchino and mix until you get a creamy consistency.
Complete with the crispy speck, a sprinkling of black pepper and, if desired, some parmesan.
