Spaghetti from Alta Val Merula

Ingredients
(for 2 people)
Durum wheat spaghetti 180 Gr
"parish" extra virgin olive oil
Taggiasca olives
Garlic
Chili
Preparation
- Bring salted water to a boil
- Cook the spaghetti
- Meanwhile, in a pan, rekindle the extra virgin olive oil and then add the garlic and fresh chillies, already cleaned and chopped
- Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the sauce in the pan
- Serve by adding a few pitted Taggiasca olives
