SPAGHETTI FRITTATA (anti-waste recipe)

Ingredients
(for 4 people)
300 g of Spaghetti
3 eggs
1 courgette (small)
50 g of diced bacon
70 g of spicy Provolone
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Preparation
Leftover spaghetti?
- Take the spaghetti cooked and cooled to room temperature
- Add eggs, diced bacon, finely grated courgette and diced Provolone
- Mix everything well and pour into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes on both sides
- Dry the excess oil with absorbent paper and serve in slices
